PRESS PREVIEW: VERONICA MONCHO LOBO
Argentinean born designer Veronica Moncho Lobo stands
out as a contemporary designer known for her unique style of elaborate
simplicity and comfort.
Her spring/summer 12 collection offers a trip down
memory lane with classic shift dresses and sharp blazers reminiscent of the
1960’s. Teaming up contrasting black and white, the range is a monochrome
dream of sharp, architectural silhouettes and sophistication. A burst of
fuchsia is injected onto an oversized collarless jersey coat and seen
alongside an equally bold leopard print shift dress with a cowel neck.
Predominantly jersey, garments are inspired by
world travel, with immense versatility allowing for looks to be both day
and evening appropriate.
